Digital Communication Tools is a technology intensive course introducing students to the most current computer-based training required for success in today ’s digital communication world. Instruction includes emerging technology combined with internet-based software training in the basics of Word, PowerPoint and Excel. It is a foundational course for students in the Business and Marketing Pathway and prepares students for any of the Pathway strands. All of these tools will continue to be used throughout the high school exploratory and preparatory sequence. Dual credit may be available for this course. Credit for Graduation: CTE. Dual College Credit: BTC INFO101 5 credits; PC BTECA110, 111, 121, 122, 130 5 credits.
